Safety First
Our first priority is your child's safety. Our incredible team of caring IBC Kids workers have all gone through our training and background check process and have been thoroughly vetted.
You can be at ease knowing that we have policies and procedures in place that emphasize your child's safety.
We utilize electronic check-in. Every family will be given matching parent/child ID codes to ensure that every child is picked up by the appropriate adult. If needed, we also print allergies and special needs requirements on children's tags.
If a parent is needed during one of our services, the ID code will appear on the screens and/or you will receive a text message.
Sunday Mornings
We desire to partner with parents in providing spiritual and physical care for babies, preschoolers, and elementary students (through 5th grade) alike. We do this on Sunday mornings during our 9:00 & 10:45 worship services. Our staff and volunteers will provide exceptional care for your child in our Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary Wings. Our IBC Kids team would love to meet you and your children and to come alongside of you to help them grow in their faith. We utilize resources each week in our large group and small group environments that leverage all learning styles in order to create passionate Christ-followers. JOIN US this Sunday!
Wednesday Evenings
Awana meets on Wednesday evenings during the school year (August 30 - May) from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, for children age 3 through 5th grade. These children are divided into 3 groups:
Puggles (Ages 2)
Cubbies (Ages 3 - 5)
Sparks (K5 - 2nd Grade)
T&T (3rd - 5th Grade)
2 Timothy 2:15 says "...Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."
The goal of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve him. We do this by teaching children relevant Bible stories, memorizing scripture, building solid relationships, and by having lots of fun. JOIN US this Wednesday!
Children's Music Ministry
Sunday evenings during the school year (September - May) from 6:30 - 7:45 PM, IBC provides Children's Music Ministry for children age 4 through 5th grade. These children are divided into 3 groups.
King's Kids (Age 4 - K5)
Praise Pals (1st - 3rd Grade)
Music Makers (4th - 5th Grade)
The children preform musical productions and share time of worship in the church services. Your child will receive musical and spiritual training with diverse, fresh, fun, and age-appropriate curriculum. We welcome your children in CMM so that they can experience the joy of praising the Lord through Music!
Get Involved
If you love God, love kids, and can pass a background check, there is a spot for you to serve in IBC Kids. We are always looking for more nursery workers, preschool workers, elementary small group leaders, Bible teachers, worship leaders, and guest services workers.
